VPIDM

The VPIDM combines the basic concept and capability of the PRISM card and the upgrades include an improved pilot vehicle interface and a compact flash card for image upload and archive. VPIDM is designed for all applications with space limitations onboard the platform but with available areas within other LRUs.

Radio Interface	Two primary channels on board with 2 expansion channels, each channel can be configured for Analog(FSK, ASK) or digital (NRZ, ASK, Synchronous or Asynchronous) interface. One multipurpose serial port which can be configured for RS-422 or RS-232. This port can be used for an interface to the flight computer as a replacement to the 1553 port or can abe used as interface to a digital radio.
