AN/USQ-131B Memory Loader-Verifier Set
The AN/USQ-131B: Memory Loader-Verifier Set (MLVS) is capable of uploading and verifying various avionics, electronic warfare (EW) reprogramming systems via the MIL-STD 1553 data bus utilizing MIL-STD-2217 protocols B-H.
Various reprogrammable systems exist onboard the F/A-18 A/B/C/D/E/F, F-14A EGI and F-14D, AV-8BDA, AV-8BNA, AV-8BR, F-14B Upgrade, V-22, HH-60H, SH-60B, VH-60N, and P-3C AIP platforms.
These reprogrammable systems contain data files called Operational Flight Programs (OFPs) and User Data Files (UDFs) which the MLVS updates through data transfer and then verification.
The MLVS is a small portable unit that is capable of loading / verifying multiplex bus single point or direct loading of OFPs and UDFs into each aircraft's Weapon Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs).
Operating requirements include 28 VDC via a utility connector on the aircraft.
The USQ-131A MLVS includes a transit case, a MLVS unit, and an Extended - BIT adapter.

Usages |
The MLVS is a new system that will replace other Software Loading Support Equipment, such as the AN/ASM-607, AN/ASM-687, & AN/ASM-692.
Currently, the AN/USQ-131B will support platforms like the F/A-18 A/B/C/D/E/F, F-14A EGI, F-14B Upgrade, F-14D, AV-8BDA, AV-8BNA, AV-8BR, MV-22, HH-60H, SH-60B, VH-60N, P-3C AIP and FMS.

Cabling Requirements |
The cables required to interface the single point loading A/C or direct loading system are peculiar to each platform and are procured separately:
- The AV-8B Interconnecting Group ON-460/USQ-131 P/N is 3359AS850.
- The F/A-18 A/B Interconnecting Group ON-462/USQ-131 P/N is 3359AS852.
- The F/A-18C/D/E/F, HH60H, SH-60B, VH-60N, and P-3C AIP Interconnecting Group ON-463/USQ-131 P/N is 3359AS853.
- The F-14 Interconnecting Group ON-461/USQ-131 P/N is 3359AS851.
- The SMR code for the all Interconnecting Groups is PEOGG.
