The PhotoTelesis FTI-DVR™ is a product designed and developed as an outgrowth of our 20 years of experience in tactical imagery. In partnership with Symetrics Industries the PhotoTelesis FTI-DVR capabilities have been extended to include the Symetrics Improved Data Modem (IDM).
The FTI-DVR-IDM is designed to meet the demanding requirements of our clients for a multi-function tactical Imagery recording and management system that provides broadcast quality Digital Video Recording (DVR), imagery and file Rx/Tx, Ethernet Server, MIL-STD-1553 data recording, messaging and system control in a small integrated unit.
The FTI-DVR-IDM was designed as a modular, three component DVR only; FTI-DVR; or FTI-DVR-IDM, system with an open architecture so that it interoperates with and supports legacy and emerging standards and protocols. This system is fully backwards compatible with all current and prior versions of PhotoTelesis technologies deployed on numerous fixed and rotary wing combat aircraft, intelligence platforms (ground/air/vessel), ground targeting/intelligence systems (LVRS) as well as ICE™ imaging and communications software. It provides full functions in the space currently required for legacy airborne tape recorders.

The Symetrics “Mini-IDM” delivers full Improved Data Modem functions to the FTI-DVR-IDM:

- Radio Interfaces: 2 primary channels with each channel can be configured for High impedance Analog (FSK, ASK) or Digital (Mil-188-184, ASK, NRZ, Synchronous or asynchronous)

FTI-DVR Mission Review Software And Playback Station
