Mitch Garner, President of Symetrics since 2001 has been with the company since 1986. Mr. Garner has a broad background in many areas of the company - especially operational management with extensive experience in procurement, manufacturing, contracts, and program management. Mr. Garner holds a BS degree in Chemistry from University of Central Florida, and has graduated from the Executive Institute at Stanford University. |

Campbell McKegg, Senior Vice President, and CFO has served as Symetrics Sr. Vice President of Accounting and Finance since May 1998, after having joined the company in 1988 as Manager of Accounting. Mr. McKegg received his MBA from Emory University and graduated with a BA degree in Economics from Western Maryland College. Mr. McKegg is also a Certified Public Accountant. |

Mike Phillips, Vice President of Business Area has over 40 years of program management, manufacturing and material management experience and has been with Symetrics since 1991. His primary role is the management and oversight of all EMS product lines. Mike places major emphasis on supporting the needs of our current customer base and in developing long term relationships with new customers. Mr. Phillips is a Senior Member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) and a member of the Association of Old Crows (AOC). He holds a BS a degree in Political Science from Cumberland College and in Business Administration from LaSalle University. |

Robert Baldwin, Vice President of Business Area joined Symetrics Industries in 2011 to lead its electronic warfare business area following seven years as CEO of a nationwide healthcare organization. Prior to that, he worked at Intersil Corporation as director/controller of its analog semiconductor division and at Harris Corporation, where he worked in various areas including Merger and Acquisitions, treasury, and Government Communications Systems Division. Mr. Baldwin holds a BS in Business Administration from Stetson University and a MBA from The Crummer School at Rollins College. |

Jesse Salvatore, Vice President of Communications Business Area joined Symetrics in 2012 to lead the Communications Business Area. He brings 15 years of experience in defense & aerospace contracting and manufacturing, leading technical program management, product line development, and domestic/international business pursuits. Prior to that, Jesse spent 10 years in the commercial sector as a Project Manager. He holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Vermont. |

Ray Boggs, Vice President of Engineering has over thirty years of experience in defense and commercial aerospace electronics development. He has been with Symetrics since 2008, but has worked closely with the company as a business partner since 2001, leading the engineering development of the IDM product line. Prior to Symetrics, Mr. Boggs developed spacecraft electronics and flight software, ground support systems, simulation and test systems, aircraft electronics and military encryption equipment. He brings to the management team extensive experience in program management, embedded software and digital communication technologies. Mr. Boggs holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Youngstown State University. |

Peter Volkert, Vice President of Operations has been with Symetrics Industries since 2003. Having served as Manager of Configuration Management and Director of IS, he is currently the Vice President of Operations, overseeing Manufacturing, Purchasing, Inventory, Quality, and IS. Following nine years as a pilot in the Air Force, Peter brought twenty years of Manufacturing and Quality experience to Symetrics, including thirteen years with Texas Instruments. Peter has a BS degree in Chemistry from University of New Hampshire and MS in Education from University of Southern California. |
