D. Mitchell Garner President & CEO
D. Mitchell Garner

Mitch Garner has been President of Symetrics since 2001, and has been with the company since 1986. Mr. Garner has a broad background in many areas of the company - especially operational management with extensive experience in procurement, manufacturing, contracts, and program management. Mr. Garner holds a BS degree in Chemistry, and has graduated from the Executive Institute at Stanford University.

Jerry Sinclair Senior Vice President
Jerry L. Sinclair

Jerry Sinclair has served with Symetrics since 1993 in several executive positions; among them Senior Vice President, Senior Vice President for Engineering and Marketing, and Program Director for the Improved Data Modem (IDM). He has a BSEE from Clemson University and MBA from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Mr. Sinclair served thirty years in the United States Air Force, retiring in 1988 from the position of Vice Commander of the Eastern Space and Missile Center.

W. Campbell Mckegg, Jr. Senior Vice President, Treasurer
W. Campbell McKegg, Jr.

Campbell McKegg has served as the Sr. Vice President of Accounting and Finance of Symetrics since May 1998. Mr. McKegg joined Symetrics in 1988 as Manager of Accounting. Mr. McKegg received his MBA from Emory University and graduated with a BA degree in Economics from Western Maryland College. Mr. McKegg is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Richard Snyder Senior Vice President, Engineering and Technology
Richard W. Snyder

Rick Snyder has been with Symetrics since 2000, and has a wealth of experience and expertise in the company’s data links product area, especially the Improved Data Modem (IDM) product line. Additionally, he has served as Program Manager for all ALE-47 related programs for Symetrics. Mr. Snyder has over 25 years of experience in military systems, first having served as an officer in the United States Air Force, then at ARINC. Mr. Snyder has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MS in Management Science from the University of Dayton.

Chris Watt Vice President, Business Development
Christopher J. Watt

Chris Watt has been with Symetrics since 2005, and has a wealth of expertise in government acquisition and fostering business relationships. A Naval Aviator with 20 years of service, Mr. Watt retired from active duty as a Commander, after a tour as Program Manager for Navy and Marine Corps Electronic Warfare Self-Protection systems. As a DAWIA Level III Acquisition Professional, Mr. Watt gained vast experience in both Foreign Military and Direct Commercial sales, and cultivated a steadfast approach to both understanding a customer’s needs and exceeding their expectations. Mr. Watt graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Statistics, and the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA with an MS Information Technology Management.

Jeff Rosson Vice President, Engineering
Jeffrey K. Rosson, PE

Jeff Rosson is the Vice President of Engineering at Symetrics, and has been with the company since 1987.  He leads an engineering staff of 10 engineers, programmers and technicians. Mr. Rosson has 28 years of experience, mostly involved with military electronics as a design or test engineer, and has developed an expertise in high efficiency power supplies, telemetry data systems, audio power amplifiers and analog circuit design. He holds a BSEE from the University of Kansas, a MSEE from the University of Central Florida, and a MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a registered Professional Engineer, a member of the IEEE, and he has also served as an adjunct instructor in analog circuit theory and digital design for the University of Central Florida.  

Michael Phillips Vice President
Mike Phillips

Mike Phillips has over 35 years of Program Management, Manufacturing and Material Management experience, and has been with Symetrics since 1991. His primary role is in supporting DRS, a major customer of Symetrics, as Program Manager. He also manages the AN/ALQ-131B Memory Loader Verifier Set (MLVS) product line. Mr. Phillips is a Senior member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), and a Member of the Association of Old Crows (AOC). He has a BS in Political Science from Cumberland College and a BS in Business Administration from LaSalle University.
