Prior to May 15, 1998, Symetrics Industries, Incorporated was traded publicly on the NASDAQ under 'SYMT'. Following acquisition by TEL-SAVE Holdings, LTD (NASDAQ: TALK), the management of the Symetrics Industries reached an agreement to acquire the assets of the former Defense Products Division. Part of the agreement of the Management-Buy-Out (MBO) was that this new corporation would be able to retain the name of Symetrics Industries, Incorporated. Currently, the stock of the corporation remains privately-held.
